How can I pay for my server?
We accept Cheques and Bank Transfer. For online Credit Card payments we charge 5% extra to cover paymemt gateway fees.

When will my server be ready?
Our turn around time is 24 hours or less after your order has been placed and payment verified.
Order before 9 PM IST and have your server delivered by morning 10 AM IST :)
When will I be billed for my server?
Billing is on the 1st of each month.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made at anytime however you must cancel atleast 10 days before your next invoice/renewal date to avoid being billed for that month.
What is the charge for going over the allotted bandwidth?
Its INR 10 per GB however you may go for block purchase of additional bandwidth plans which comes very cheap.
Do you have a reseller program?
Yes, we do have reseller program, discounts ranges from 5% to 15% depending on your commitment and volume.
Hardware & Software
What comes installed on my server?
We do a standard installation that includes, Operating System, Control Panel, Security Pacthes, Performance Tunning and Software Firewall Configuration. When server is delivered its ready-to-go and you just have to create accounts for your customers.
Can I send you hardware to add to my server?
No, we do not allow customers to add their own hardware to the dedicated servers.

Do you manage my server?
YRServers offers fully managed dedicated servers. We are responsible for the general uptime of your server and that includes datacenter, the server hardware, operating system, control panel and the network the servers connect to. While we will make a best effort attempt to answer your questions regarding other third party applications please keep the scope of our support in mind.
Can I reboot my server remotely?
Yes, if you have ordered any one of our high availability servers then remote reboot, MRTG graphs and rDNS can be accessed via our Portal.

Yes, legal adult content is allowed on our servers.
Do you allow IRC services on your servers?
We do not allow incoming or outgoing connections or services which connect to, provide support for, or operate within IRC.
What are your policies on SPAM?
We have a zero tolerance for SPAM on our network. SPAM activity results in an immediate termination of service.
